Information sent to a practitioner
Information directed to Michael, Simon, or Jesse is handled by that psychologist and their independent practice. It is not routinely shared with the other practitioners. Information may be used or disclosed with authorization or where required or permitted by law, professional obligations, or safety considerations.
Sensitive information
Please do not send clinical records, court materials, detailed allegations, or other sensitive information through an initial website or email enquiry. First contact the relevant practitioner and ask how the information should be provided.
Professional relationship
Submitting a form or sending an email does not establish a professional relationship. A relationship begins only after the psychologist has considered the enquiry, confirmed their role and availability, addressed any required conflicts or consent issues, and agreed to provide a service.
Emergencies
The website, email addresses, and enquiry forms are not monitored as emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or attend the nearest emergency department.
